Ya, it's true and at CES 2020 dell launch XPS 13 that is a four-sided infinity edge display and a Big Concept is unveil by dell "Concept Duet" that is Dual Screen Laptop. You can see the concept of a dual-screen laptop in the below images that are posted by dell on their official Twitter account.
You can use this laptop as a single screen as well as a dual-screen. If you want to use the single screen then you can add a keyboard that is available for attachment to this laptop or you can use both screen and expand your content into the second screen. This laptop is very handy and comfortable handling.
As we know that last year Microsoft also some their concept of a dual-screen laptop with folding capability of screen and dell show us there a new concept of dual-screen laptop.
At CES 2020 Dell not unveil many specifications about this Concept Duet.
