After a long wait Asus has released its Android q beta 2 update on 4th May. This is not stable release but the box in this version is slightly less than the beta 1 version it is quite stable. Lot of Android 10 features and the animation of the launcher has been introduced in this version.also the status bar and notification panel has been redesigned the setting panel has new icon sets which has a colourful icons. The stable release of Android Q version has beed delayed due to coronavirus pandemic. Asus has promised to release the stable Android Q very soon. Also Asus will get security patch. The beta 2 version of Max Pro M1 has less battery as compared to Android 9 pie also the Ram management are not so good. Sometimes the Wi-Fi and hotspot not working from the notification panel but after switching off and on Wi-Fi button 5 to 6 times then it works.
so you can install beta 2 version of Android q for Asus zenfone Max Pro M1 or you can wait for the stable release.
Make sure to backup your data first before updating your phone.
Your data may get raised when you upgrade from Android 9 pie to Android 10 Q.
I have upgraded myself to Android 10 Q without losing my files but it is better to make a backup of your data.
