What will ISOCELL Bright HMX do And some features
Samsung's 0.8𝛍m image sensor the ISOCELL Bright HMX will allow or capture 108Mp that is 108 million pixels for a single image which is only available in professional camera that can capture millions of pixels.
Because of huge amount of pixel capture if you zoomed or cropped the images yet you have better image quality photo because of the extreme count of pixels and also you can't loose any texture or any sharpness.
Samsung is using ISOCELL Plus technology for ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor for capturing more and more pixels by capturing light using photodiode. After minimizing the pixels there is loss of details and texture occur that's why samsung use ISOCELL Plus technology to minimize the pixels loss. ISOCELL Plus technology mainly add a barrier that minimize the optical loss and light reflection. And because of barrier photodiode absorb more light and after this image quality improve without any pixel loss. As samsung mention there post that Tetracell Technology will allow to capture photo in very bad light condition and give a lossless and gain less images. An algorithm used in ISOCELL Bright HMX that can rearranges pixels according to light condition, merging clusters of four pixels into single pixels and allowing 0.8𝛍m pixels to be transformed int 1.6 𝛍m ones. Even After merging of pixels ISOCELL Bright HMX still ensures incredibly 27Mp resolution for bad low-light photography.
ISOCELL Bright HMX also feature Super-PD autofocus for fast and accurate autofocus capibilities.
